Best Burger E-vah?

rsz_unknownThe 2016 British Street Food Awards are divided into categories — everything from Best Dessert to Best Sandwich. Traders enter two dishes — and keep their fingers crossed that they come home with a prize. But Best Burger is always hotly contested. And Birmingham (where the finals are being held this year) have always done well. Previous winners The Original Patty Men now have premises, for goodness sake. So, we thought you would want to cast your eyes over this little lot. Brioche — yes or no? Processed cheese for the elasticity — or something artisan and British for the integrity? Let’s argue! See what Tim Lovejoy and Simon Rimmer make of Eat The Farm’s entry on this weekend’s Sunday Brunch — and then come down to the Digbeth Dining Club next weekend to vote for your winner!
