We’ve long banged on about our love of pubs. And how we’ve always seen them as an opportunity for street food traders to run successful residencies — whatever Hollywood stars might have to say about it. We certainly weren’t the first, but we wanted to make the process of landlord meets trader/trader meets landlord a whole lot easier. The new British Street Food Pub Takeover app and website will be fully operation next month, but we’re launching our London pilot at the Enterpriselive trade show this week, with a view to rolling it out nationwide later this year.
