Luck Of The Irish?

The Irish are coming to the party! Of course they are! And nominations for the very first Irish Street Food Awards are now officially OPEN. As we found out in our Belfast heats last year, Ireland is in the grip of a street food revolution, and we’ve partnered up with the team behind Eatyard in Dublin to run the Irish Street Food Awards, with the winner going on to represent Ireland in Berlin in September at the European Street Food Awards Final.

We couldn’t find better partners. Eatyard is part of the Beatyard set-up in Dublin, and celebrates all that’s great about the coming together of music and food, crammed with loads of chats and cooking over the weekend. “Think about all the reasons you hang out in the kitchen at parties” says Eatyard organiser Ali Dunworth, “and that’s pretty much Eatyard – craic, tunes, conversation, drinks, cooking.” August 5-6! Let the games begin!
