Horsing Around

It has been pointed out to me that horse boxes aren’t just for producing paneer wraps (a la Manjit’s Kitchen) or scones (a la Katie and Kim — who won the 2013 British Street Food Awards when they were cooking in the back of one). They can actually be used for horses. Maybe it was Zara Phillips, and her gold medal at the World Equestrian Games. Or Prince William, and his passion for polo. Or Madonna, and her stage outfit (with riding jacket, crop and hoof-shaped gloves) that she wore on her Confessions world tour. But somewhere along the way horses got hip. So when we were asked to put some street food swagger into the Grand National, with our old mate Simon Rimmer, we didn’t hesitate at the first. Oh no. We jumped at it. This is the blooming’ result. Now it’s all over twitter, and we’re under starters orders….
