The Best Sandwich Ever?

We have strong opinions on ‘the sandwich’ at British Street Food HQ. Hell, we argue for DAYS about the finalists in the Best Sandwich category at the British Street Food Awards. We get in a right old lather about everything from hot dog buns to sourdough toast and white bread’s absorbability (if that’s a word) — just check this out. So when we came across this MOTHER of a sandwich from Slap, we had to share it with you. Even though it’s not on the streets. Yet. Run into the Dalston Superstore in London, order the Root and Bone, and run out again. Then it counts as ‘street food’ and we can enter it into the British Street Food Awards. Is that legit?
