We’re not fans of GM food over here at British Street Food — just in case it starts to Genetically Modify us. So — the ‘Burger Dog’? Well,  we reserved judgement. Then we heard it was a fast food crossbreed created by Mark and Jun over at Street Kitchen. And that it was inspired by the recent launch of their hot, hot, hot dog menu at The Miller in Bermondsey. Any doubts about the hybrid — hot dog in its shape and dimension, but burgery in its meaty punch — disappeared at once. Rather like the stock of Burger Dogs is sure to do tonight, when the kind young uncles of street food in Britain serve up from 6.30-10.30pm.

Location – West Handyside Canopy (off Handy Street or Granary Square), Kings Cross, London
