Trading Places — For A Good Cause

The Leuka Mini Masters, hosted by Dougray Scott, is a unique cross between a celebrity par-3 golf tournament, boutique music festival and summer garden party. Little big Caddy Shack — little bit Big Chill. And all to raise money for the fight against leukaemia. They are looking to secure two really good mobilers to come down and set up in the spectator area in front of the Jagermeister music stage. This area is about 2/3 the size of a football pitch and will have a marquee and bar in it as well as the stage. They are selling 350 spectator tickets for the area, plus they can guarantee any vendor will be paid to feed the 60-70 staff and crew (although as its a charity event they would be looking for a discount on these staff and crew covers). They want entirely self-sufficient outfits who can come down on the Thursday evening (they will have security) and be ready to go at 12 noon on Friday. Then clear out that evening by 7.30pm. Spectator gates open at 12 noon and the main event runs until 6.30pm (they will want to feed staff and crew straight afterwards).

The event raises funds for Leuka, a leukaemia charity based at London’s Hammersmith Hospital, and tickets are being sold through www.seetickets.com, plus a variety of other outlets. In past years they have had a minimum of 500 people attend on the day, and this year the majority of those will be in the designated spectator area watching the live bands. They are happy to pay the right vendors £200 each to guarantee their income from the day as they are confident they will have enough hungry people to make it worth your while.

Email me today if you’re interested. They want good food as this is a high-end event, supported by the likes of Omega watches, Asahi beer, Spotify etc. It takes place on Friday July 15 at Dukes Meadows Golf & Tennis beside Chiswick Bridge in west London. Information, photos, videos and testimonials are available at www.leukaminimasters.com.
