I want to say thank you to the friends who helped me with this project.
Studio Fury – who designed ‘The British Street Food’ identity. I first worked with the Creative Director, Stephen Kennedy when we were launching an organic food range with Trudie Styler. I will always remember the painstaking efforts he took over a particularly troublesome letter L.
Ronnie Menassa (yooneeq.com). My mate from five-a-side. But he’s not just good in the box. He’s good at HTML.
And Molly Films – run by Lee Curran. We first filmed together at Taste of London, and he’s been in search of ‘my good side’ ever since.
Henrietta Green and FoodLoversBritain.com (www.foodloversbritain.com) have both been very encouraging about the awards. Early on, they got the fact that the best mobilers are big into fresh and local. And given that the FoodLoversBritain.com tagline is “local food at your fingertips”, well, we’re made for each other.
Ludlow — home to the country’s most prestigious food festival and the world’s most wonderful people. Have a look at the film tribute on my blog. One day I hope to live there, but for now I will try and fill it with the best street food that Britain has ever seen. Call it my gift…….
